Over the years,
Top Translators has developed a detailed process for managing document
translation. This process has worked successfully for hundreds of clients
that have an ongoing need to communicate business-critical information.
However, what really makes us different is our ability to develop customized
strategies that help each client achieve short and long-term goals, maximize
efficiencies and ensure a positive return on investment.
Creating customized
translation strategies involves a thorough analysis of our client's
current situation and an understanding of their short and long-term goals.
We work with clients to manage existing documents in English and existing
and future translations using translation memory tools, which help maximize
efficiencies and ensure a positive return on investment. To the client,
this means a seamless approach to managing document translation.
There are two key areas
that make Top Translators stand out: our project management and our
quality control. Our Project Managers are well-trained and experienced
in managing client projects from beginning to end. Their work includes
developing a project plan, and then implementing it using the necessary
internal and external resources. The result is a project that's delivered
on time, within budget, and in line with the client's specifications.
Our quality control
process has been finely tuned
over thousands of translation projects. The process begins with the proper
selection of a translator and proofreader. These people must have industry
and translation experience, and of course, be native speakers of the target
language. We then use our internal quality control staff to review each
project. We have developed a proprietary document which outlines grammar
and spelling rules for each of a dozen common languages to assist us in
spotting errors. In addition, our process is documented and consistent.
We firmly believe
that quality control includes
client input. We welcome feedback from your qualified internal reviewers
to help us develop meaningful glossaries and guidelines to make sure that
your documents meet the requirements of the end user. The result is a
translation perfectly suited for the target audience.
